Gregory N. Stillman

Gregory N. Stillman is the Managing Partner of the Norfolk Office of Hunton and Williams, LLP. His practice focuses upon federal trial and appellate litigation, with emphasis on business torts, intellectual property (copyright and patent), securities and corporate governance.

Representation of MercExchange, L.L.C. in a patent infringement suit against eBay, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Half.com, Inc. The jury returned a $35 million verdict for willful patent infringement for MercExchange against eBay and Half.com.
Representation of Fortune 500 consumer lending company in a RICO class action arising from allegations of loan fraud.
Representation of government contractor in a suit against United States challenging award of Seawolf submarine contract.
Representation of Fortune 500 companies in class actions arising from allegations of securities fraud.
Representation of corporate Boards involving fraud and various breach of fiduciary duty claims.
Representation of a Fortune 500 company in a suit against local municipality under the Telecommunications Act of 1996.
Representation of Fortune 500 companies in numerous products liability, intellectual property and patent claims.
