Mr. Louis is the owner of The Vineyard Wine Shop, a premier wine store that operates exclusively in Denver, Colorado. The Vineyard was founded in l971 as a full service wine store specializing in an international selection of wines and a variety of related services. The business offers a wine-of-the-month club, exclusive wine-tasting events and a regularly published magazine that features excellent wines and foods from around the world.

Mr. Louis is a recognized authority in his field, traveling extensively throughout the United States and Europe to explore varying winemaking traditions designed to enhance the taste and individuality of specialty wines. Mr. Louis is a Grand Chancelier and Maitre of the Denver chapter of the Commanderie de Bordeaux. He is also a Commandeur of the Chevalier de Tastevin, an exclusive organization dedicated to the production and excellence of Burgundy wines.

Mr. Louis has been a director for the JohnsonDiversey Company since 1999.

Mr. Louis is prep school graduate of Deerfield Academy in 1973. He earned his B.S./B.A. in l977 from the University of Denver and his Masters Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver in 2003.

Mr. Louis has been married for 25 years to Rosella and is the father of four children.
