The Howard and Georgeanna Jones Lectureship was established in honor of Drs. Howard W. Jones, Jr. and Georgeanna Seegar Jones on the occasion of Dr. Jones’ 100^th birthday.  The program is sponsored by the Jones Foundation and the Eastern Virginia Medical School ("EVMS").

The Jones Lectureship will be administered by the Director of the Jones Institute for Reproductive Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School. The Director will determine the topic and speaker for each Lectureship so that it will best benefit the Division of Reproductive Medicine as it promotes excellence in medical education for physicians, students and faculty members of EVMS. It is anticipated that the program will be held annually in Norfolk, Virginia.
